it looks like what it is - get on a decline bench, sit up, do narrow dumbbell presses. 
great stabilizing exercise, really lights up the whole core region, especially the serattus anterior (them “shark gills” we all want)
this was my first time doing them, and i’m sure they’ll be in the rotation from now on…
